How does Koselly 7-days return policy work?

We at Koselly, strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, we have 100% return policy whereby our customers can return the product within specified period if they happen to dislike the product for any reason. The specified period varies from product to product which has been mentioned below:

Stitched (Readymade) Kurthi Tops, Skirts, Pallazo, accessories, gowns, Lehangas, etc

Same day return (at the time of delivery). The reasons for return should be communicated to us via email or viber or messenger within the specified period.

3 days from the date of delivery. Courier charges should be borne by customer. The reasons for return/replacement should be communicated to us via email or viber or messenger within 3 days and the product should reach our office within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Unstitched/Semi Stitched Kurtha Piece/Suruwal, Sarees, Lehengas, gowns

5 days or Immediately at the time of delivery. The reasons for return should be communicated to us via email or viber or messenger within the specified period.

5 days from the date of delivery. Courier charges should be borne by customer. The reasons for return/replacement should be communicated to us via email or viber or messenger within 7 days and the product should reach our office within 5 days from the date of delivery.

 

The exchanges of products are subject to availability of stock. In order to avail the return/exchange facility, the products to be returned/exchanged should be in its original state which means that the tags and packaging must be preserved and the products must be unused. You can try the product but adequate care should be applied to preserve the condition of the product.However, no returns or exchanges shall be applicable for items from Factory Direct section unless they turn out to be defective or wrong product has been delivered.
