We have free shipping services all across Kathmandu Valley. However, in cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the customers and the same delivery is reattempted, extra delivery charge of Rs.100/- shall be charged inside Kathmandu Valley and for outside valley, the charge shall be Rs.250/- . In case of return or exchange of delivered products, no extra delivery charge shall be levied for inside Kathmandu Valley. However, for return or exchange cases in respect of out of the valley customers, normal delivery charge of Rs.250/- shall be charged.
